Who I Work With

WORK

Who I Work With.

I advise and consult with organizations within the clinical trials ecosystem who wish to ensure their patient recruitment and retention activities deliver the best possible results and outcomes.

This includes pharma companies, biotechs, medical device manufacturers, CROs, research sites, solutions providers, and investors operating in the life sciences arena.

I can also utilize an extensive network of effective partner organizations for optimizing every aspect of a trial’s operations.

Sponsors

I’ll make sure your trials are set up for patient recruitment and retention success, including working with any CRO or solutions providers to keep them on track and providing visibility of what they’re doing.

CROs

Global multinational, or localized, smaller, or boutique organizations – I’ll work with you to optimize your recruitment and retention processes and deliver results in a timely and effective manner.

Research Sites

Site networks, Site Management Organizations, individual Sites, research naïve Sites – I’ll help you recruit and retain patients for the trials you’re involved with.

Solutions Providers

I’m approached quite frequently by people who’ve developed solutions they think will ‘revolutionize the clinical trials industry.’ (Unfortunately, sometimes these are effectively solutions in search of a problem.) I’ll work with you to make your solution the best it can be (utilizing my own Magic Wand Index process) and help develop effective positioning and messaging strategies for promoting it within the industry.

Investors

If you’re looking to invest in a company that conducts clinical research, you’ll want to make sure they have strategies in place for dealing with the biggest problem they’re likely to face – patient recruitment and retention. I’ll advise on where an organization needs to make improvements, and assist them (and you) to be set up for success.

Partner Organizations

I’ve built a network of highly effective solutions providers, consultants, and advisors that I can bring in to assist with clinical trial projects. For the good of the industry, as well as protecting my own reputation, I only recommend or work with people I know can deliver on what the job requires.
